This site is designed for the youth students to stay informed and communicate with one another better. We are Christ's body and we need to know what's going on--time to take ownership of our church body! The youth has been going through a lot of great things lately and hopefully by having this site that you can come to, we can grow even closer together.

We are going to be under construction for a while but keep checking back for new updates. There will be pictures, articles (some written by the youth group students and leaders), online resources, links, events calendar, etc. Check back soon!

YOUTH EVENTS

Sunday Worship - 11am
We have praise and worship at 11am. There is a separate children's and youth/english service. The 6th graders have a short, separate Bible study after worship. Afterwards, we have lunch together prepared by the adults in the korean ministry.

Friday Night Fellowship & Bible Study - Weekly - 8pm
We have dinner, Bible study, and fellowship starting at 8pm. It usually takes place at Pastor Peter's house unless there is a change in plans. Once a month (usually around the 3rd Friday of the month), we have an Activity Night where we take a break from our regular Bible studies and play games, watch movies, or other fun things.

Community Service Projects - Monthly - Morning
Once a month, we meet on Saturday morning and help out the community. Community service is fairly new to our youth group but so far we have gone to soup kitchens to feed the homeless and visited a nursing home to spend time with the elderly.

Life Together Bible Study
Book 3 - Growing

Recently, we have started our third book in our Life Together Bible study series. The topic is spiritual growth and growing together in Christ. We have heard some good testimonies and experiences during our meetings. If you haven't come out yet, you should check it out!

Announcements

• February's Activity Night - Video Scavenger Hunt
  We will be testing out our new projector equiptment to view all the scavenger hunt videos at church. However, we still need about 2-3 fairly small and easy to handle camcorders for our event. The camcorders need to have a fully charged battery (maybe even a backup battery) and a blank or useable tape/film to record on.
• Friday, February 18th - We will NOT be having our regular Bible study at Pastor Peter's house.

Recent News

• Thanks to those who participated in card-making for our community service project this month. Visiting the Alzheimer's patients was such a success! We plan on doing something like this again real soon.



• The lock-in last month was a huge success! Although we all got iced in, it was still lots of fun just spending time getting to know each other better. Thanks for coming out!
